no its usually the tank they have it sitting so far to the side that it throws it off.... think about it this way.....one gallon of gas would weigh about 8.34 pounds give or take. multiply that by the size of your tank 20 gallons multiply it out and that is 166.8 plus your weight and what ever else is on that side of the vehicle.... best thing to do is replace the shocks and leafs.

Shocks? What do the shocks have to do with the actual height of the truck? Leafs I could see, but the shocks are not all that old at all, I know they are still good. From what I have been reading, the leaf springs have less to do with it than the coil springs. Everyone who replaced the coil springs found that the leafs were still good, and even the guys that half assed it with the endlink chop didn't have to mess with the leaf springs either. Did you read the S-10 thread at all?

I was asking about opinions to see what you guys think about the repair in the thread provided at the start of this thread. Some people were giving some other ideas, but these ideas came from people who know what they are talking about. I thought I had made it clear that I will be changing the coils, but maybe that was not so clear. I find it funny how you suggest replacing 2 things that would not have any affect on the lean at all. The lean is caused by the coil springs. I can change the coils and fix the lean with just that, or I can do what you suggest and replace the other parts and keep on leaning. That is not "the best thing to do" as you said, obviously. If you don't know what you are talking about, keep it to yourself. There are already too many idiots mis-informing people all the day. Don't be that guy.

Swapem from left to right like Tobi suggested earlier. Get some more mileage out of them before you go spending more cash. Unless of course, you are gonna do aftermarket anyhow. I also sugest balasting the other side opposite the gas tank. Do they make an after market tank for the s-10's? A 2 cell perhaps.

Thats not a bad idea actually, with the second tank. Maybe I will remove it for a fuel cell in the middle of the front of the bed. I am planning on the right to left swap, then switching to a bagged setup eventually. I found one that has the same height (or lack of) with the air out. It is called the airbar, and is made by Air Ride Technologies.
Here is a pic of my truck currently:

And here is the pics of the S-10 that got the Airbar system I am interested in. First the before pic with the ZQ-8 suspension:

And this is after with the Airbar setup:
