have you intstalled/deleted any software or anything recently, it looks like you might have deleted something that another program is dependent on. When does this error come up?

Run a spyware checker like Adware or spybot.
Looks like you have some hp device software like a printer application that's gone haywire.
It just came up after I woke my comp up and got online. I'll run ad-aware.
