So now..we push through yet another extension for unemployment benefits for people that cant find work. Drawing it out to almost 2 years. When does it stop being a benefit..and become just another entitlement program? At the same time..they are saying this is the "summer of recovery." Hrmm..

I have a savings account with a credit union that I haven't used in a long time. I noticed that even though I only have like $8 hanging out in it, I still get 1 cent every month from interest. I looked into it, and saw that the interest rate is 0.7500%. I want to find out where (and what kind)...

I dont know if this is the right place to post this. Does anyone know anything about a school in Arizona call Thunderbird? Is suppose to be a good Business school, good as in best in the world. Is it really? If not anyone knows what the best one is? Thanks guys

Talk about something I really didnt expect to see happen again in my lifetime..pretty crazy stuff there. Good thing I'm a broke ass and dont have a bunch of money anywhere or I might be worried. However..I may need to stop by the store and get some more ammo in preparation for the zombie...

Does anyone know the equation for "Gross Profit per year"? I can't find it in my books anywhere. I have GPM's for stall, technicians, etc.. but not year. Ahhh. Need this equation. Much help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Been trying to find a lender to refinance my mortgage and HELOC into one loan, however my neighborhood happens to be in a declining market... and I'm not having any luck. Apparently.. by Fannie Mae's guidlines, lenders can only go 90% of home value for refinancing in this type of market. ...
