  8. Why can't I do abs correctly?

    I have always had a difficult time doing ab work outs. Sometimes, if I really concentrate, I can do ab work, and I will feel the burn in my abs only. More often then not however, I feel way more of a burn in my lower back. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?

    After 3 weeks of lifting and cardio, I have gone down from 176 lbs. to 169.2 as of tonight. I've lost at least 1 size in my belt buckle, and gradually going to further. It feels great!
