From the look of things, it seems that the AVERAGE driver is able to run mid 13s @ 101 or so. Well not here in CO.

Two different shops have now broken into the 12s with basic BPU setups.

Here is the latest:

Traction sucked as it was 32deg outside and the track wasn't prepped at all. Either it would bog if dumped to low, burn the clutch if slipped too much or smoke the tires if dumped too high. With a stronger clutch and a little warmer weather there would be a 12.4x in it.

Mods are|: a manual boost controller running 20psi dropping to 19psi, S-AFC running about 12.0 A/F, our 3" cat-back system, and 3" downpipe.

Weight: 3400 with driver

Not bad for BPU... but I had expected more.

I was really hoping that a BPU EVO could break into the 11s ... however it is WAY to early to rule that out.

You DSM guys know how BAD timing pull by the ECU can kill your 1/4 times and according the shop AMS, they were encountering that on the runs.

So hopefully whenever they get that figured out we may be able to see some low 12s and even high 11s on race gas and more boost! :guns: :guns:

Well all my guesses were right,I figured mid 13s all along while others were saying high 12s. I knew with emissions/safety stuff to make it USDM certified there was no way it would match the JDM model. I am glad to see it responding to BPU mods well.
