sounds like a good price. Is it AWD or FWD?

You cant tell anything about crankwalk from just those 2 things.
Early 95s are said to be less prone to crankwalk cause some of the uses the older 7 bolt blocks.

Id say just check for signs of crankwalk, do a compression test( leakdown test if low compression), Any lights like check engine or ABS...
Either way it sounds like a pretty good price.

Yeah - that's a decent price. As per the other suggestions, I'd have someone to a very thorough once over on the car before writing a check to anyone.

If you have someone check the car out make sure they check to make sure the head gasket isnt leaking if it is I may suggest walking away from it. I have seen the valves bend real bad when the gasket is bad.
