Well I have just recently did some more crap to the car. Installed my Skunk2 short shifter last night in the freezing cold garage all by myself. Then I replaced the fuel pump and fix the "sagging" bumpers that the 92-95 civic's have.

Well after I installed my new fuel pump I went around the block to test her out. It is nice a quite! Then comes along an old man in his 70's mustang. We take off from the stop sign and there is a nice stright away. 1st gear we are dead even, 2nd gear he had a noise on me, 3rd gear I pull away pretty good and he gets to hear and see that beautiful n1 hanging back there :D

My car is feeling better everyday. Now this weekend the muffler get put on (thank god, I cant stand how loud my car is now) and then next is shipping the injectors to get cleaned and then finally dyno tuning!!!!

Is there a day when you don't get a race?

You know, that simply amazes me you can do that with a little N/A 4 banger. Nice Kill!

You mean early 70s Stang right? If it was anything '74 or later then it's not much of a kill since they became Pinto-ized through '79.

Lucky for you it wasn't a 69Stang;)

Good kill anyway. It is amazing how easy it is to make these new motors haul ass. The manufacturer doesn't even matter, they are all built so much better than they used to be.

I have a pretty "built" motor that can barely hang these days.

Time to get a new Cobra and do a few mods on it.
I am seeing 500HP marks with little effort on these cars already.
