OK so earlier today I was going to put in my new adjustable cam gears. When I got to loosening the timing belt tensioner bolt I couldnt get it loose. Am I forgetting to do somthing or am I just being a wuss? I would also like to know torque specs for the tensioner bolt and how the fok Im going to get my torque wrench in there. Can I move that rubber hose some how?
Doesn't sound like you forgot anything. Maybe a breaker bar.

i looked in my honda service manual and i believe the torque specs you are looking for is on the "Adjusting Bolt" is 54 N*m or 40 lbf*ft

No, should I pull the top one on the cam side. What about the hose from the ac pump (i think) can that be pulled w/o fu*king things up?

I HOPE you mean the power steering pump.
if you pull a line off of the ac, you will be rewarded with a freon spray that can cause instant frostbite and if not it will cost at least a ben franklin to get recharged and functional
if it's the top pump on the engine(in the front of the car)
then it would be the power steering pump.you can remove both of those lines to get extra room (it's messy though)
i know the spec is 40 ft lbs, but the heat that they are exposed to tightens those bastards to much more(closer to 90 ft lbs)
you just need a longer bar to crack the bolt loose..
good luck dude!:)

Power steering pump? Damn, well this goes to show my knowledge about Hondas is not what I wish it was because it's things like this that I'm still clueless about. Ok, thanks for the help, I'll give it another shot with a longer bar.
