Normally with my damn 56k connection i wouldnt download a video, but i just couldnt pass on an AWD donut video.
My car now on 1.15-1.2 bar seems to break them all loose in the wet pretty easy in 1st. It gets fun as hell around corners.

They should make a commercial that has classical music playing, and a bunch of balerinas are twirling in the rain, and right in the middle of them is an AWD DSM doing that. Then at the bottom of the screen in white letters, it would say "Do you have All-Wheel-Drive?" There would be not commentary and no sounds except for the Balay (sp) music.
That would be a cool commercial.

I'm gonna take my DSM out and have Pat make a vid of me doing the same in the snow over in the Kohl's parking lot . It'll be interesting since I have Kumho Ecstas on my car and they are a no-no in the snow.

you have to love the AWD donuts ........ they are just so much different than RWD..... the piviot point is in the middle of the car instead of the front.... I used to love it when it snowed

With AWD it's like the car is spinning on an axis, with RWD the rear is just going around the front end.

I found that after about the 3rd or 4th donut you tend to get a bit dizzy

technically a RWD car spinning around the front end is still spinning about an axis. ;) I was noticing in the WRX videos that awd cars do spin about the center of the car.

When are you doing this? Let me know and I'll probably show up to watch/hangout.

AWD can be fun like that if you got the power to smoke the tires. :D BTW: That vid is cool.

I realized that after I posted it and was hoping nobody would notice. ;)
RWD's axis is just moved to the front of the car where the AWD one is nearly dead center.
