Some keys don't work

I have a laptop and for some reason I just noticed that my delete and down arrow key are not working. Could I have done a strange keystroke and turned off the keys? or did my keyboard break?

I think the KB broke. You've got another down arrow and delete key on the keyboard tho... look for them.

wtf. they are both working now.

wtf. they both quit working again.

I did some searching on dell.com and read a 8 page thread about everyone having the same/similar problem. Seems that the keyboard connector wiggles loose and you have to remove the keyboard and push the connector in.
