torsen vs viscous

Just curious what people's opinions were on which is better. I know WRX's use viscious, not sure what DSMs use. Celicas went from torsen to viscious in the alltracs, but i think the supras were torsen.

Any tradeoffs? benefits? obvious betterness between one over the other?

I know trucks tend to use the torsen more. I don't know if there are any real trade offs between the two.
