SO I thought I would post a couple of my recent races. A few days ago I was on my way to the gym when I pull up to the light a montabello and academy where there is a CLK430 and a BMW 540 sedan sitting next to me. When the light changes I start to roll off regulary when the guy in the 540 just nails it, so I catch up to him. At this point I am in second ger and we go at it from there I put about 5 cars on him and he had a very suprised look on his face when he got next to me. The CLK then tried it luck and I put like 4 cars on him from a stop, but I shut down after second. He would not even look my way after that. Then lastnight I was on my way home from dinner with my girlfriend and there was the usuall people crusing academy. So this new mrspyder decided he wanted a little action from the jettie. So I let him get out on me from a roll and I just go form second when he is about half a car in front of me. After that I couldn't see him and he wouldn't look at me at the light either.I hate sore losers....

Just a Jetta 1.8T with a apr chip, ATP 3 inch DP and an EVO CAI. My only semi clean run was a 14.70@97 with a bad 2.5 60'.......so if my car is like Tylers it should be somewhere in the mid/low 14's..............

sure thing. i'll give you some tips this season. the main thing is practice though cause it took at least 30 passes to get it down to the point its at right now. 2.19 60' on the crappy stock tires isnt bad at all

I was happy to finally get down to the 2.4's last season. The last couple test and tunes really helped though. I trimmed off a little bit on each run. I was at least running consistent 14's by the ned of the night :)

you just said that you ran a 14.7@97 with a 2.5, so 2.5 is your best?

1.906 for me on slicks and 2.143 on stockers.

no, I was wrong, I was just looking thorugh all my timeslips and my best was a 2.613.....The rest were 2.7's, and that is all 8 runs I have on this car.
