When is there going to be another Lunch/meeting/cruise. Maybe we can start to think of one where get it all set-up with a cruise afterwards.

Yeah I really liked the meet it was cool. But I think if everyone had a cruise lined up after the meet it would have been soo much more fun. I really hope there are more events like this this spring and summer.

How about Feb 1st (Sat). How about boondocks(SP?) near I25 and 120th? Then maybe a cruse on I25? Is I25 a safe place to cruse? I think I25 would be a good place, because no stops (Lights/sines), but a big line of cars could be unsafe if we all tailgated eachother...

well it sounds good to me but the problem is that no one else is posting on here for it so we cant all set it up I tell you one place that would be fun is dave and busters or maybe even eliches. but the restaurant scene is always a plus

I missed the last meet, so I want to do something soon. I'm going to a show at the Buell that evening (1st), so just depending on how things work out, I might be able to go. Something at noon, or before, with some lunch sounds good. Is Boondocks a resteraunt?

I personally would like to do something different than CR. How about something West this time? What about Flat Irons?
Some1 said sunday was a bad day to meet and Sat was a good day...

Yea, the last meet was in Castle Rock, which is quite a says for us northerners. How about a little farther north this time? i like the idea of north or central denver. It's a good idea to push it back. Feb 8th or 9th is good.

I think one big gathering a month is easier to plan since some of us have lives outside the car world. ;)

Wanna meet at the Chili's off c470 and University? Just down the road on County Line Road is the Ferrari Dealer. We could cruse from C.line Road West (past the Ferrari Dealer) to Broadway Sought to C470 East back to the Chilies. I think thats less than a 10 mile cruse.

Flatirons...
I really like this idea. There is plenty of parking and some great food. I suggest we go to the california pizza kitchen and go for a drive out to eldorado springs or something after. I also know some security guys at the mall and there chill with everyone coming.

I'm cool with the Flatirons idea... They have enough space out there for sure and real police don't patrol that area unless told to come over.
Sounds like a good place to me :)
edit: we should post this up in the upcoming events so people know... I think its rare people check out this forum

Ok how about Saturday Feb 15th?
This will give everyone a chance to plan ahead and some of the guys who can't come to weekday meets will be able to make it out. If everyone likes this idea I'll start a thread in the upcoming events forum. Also for resturant choice we have the following:
Red Robin- American
California Pizza Kitchen- Pizza
Bahama Breeze- Caribbean
P.F. Chang's- Chinese
I'll get a few more choices up when I post in the other forum.
Thanks,
Eric James

I talked to a few people around here about some ideas for another meet. Forum and I area going to put together SOMETHING...it may not be for a while however..finding a place to host 100+ people is really not as easy as you might think. Our ideas so far are...
1) have a meet in denver metro...Broomfield would be perfect for us of course...we dont have anything against the people in the springs..but meeting down there for the sake of the FEW people that made it from down south seemed pretty silly.
2) We have quite a large party/gathering area at our apartment complex here...I think I'll plan a smaller meet as soon as it warms back up. We have a pool, hottub, tennis courts (nice ones too), sand volleyball pit, tables/chairs setup already, and a pit style BBQ
3) needless to say..any event this spring will be followed by a planned drive or event..just a little early to try and do it right now *looking outside*
4) lastly, I'd love some advice from other Denver people on this..Brian and I want to set it up..but we were having a hard time thinking of anywhere nearly large enuf or setup properly for 100+ people and their cars. Any ideas? We havent seriously looked into it...because its still pretty damn early in the year...but I'd like to have a few options thrown out there.
Any suggestions..please IM me here...AIM, MSN...e-mail...whatever.
