SERIAL BOXE....Info i got from ben I would strongly suggest anyone who is interested to check my boys out, Im a chill ass dude< im not cocky I have a lot of respect for people, the other gyms dont give off the same laid back vibe this gym does, So much comroderey, Its a joy going to practice, and i gladly drive 4 hours 3 times a week to train there. Awesome dudes, and amazing cardiovascular?endurance training...Mention my name and im sure he wll give u a nice deal:)

So, if I pay $100 a month, how often are "classes" held or whatever? Do they teach you? Or is it just a gym that has all the stuff to use at your own disposal?

Its everytime the gym is open,the times above, it is very hands on, ben schissler is one of the best thai instructors in the usa, he has over 70 thai fights, he was trained directly under Bas Ruten, and Master Toddie, Classes are small, and student to teacher ratio is good, My Ju-Jitsu intrusctor Will Ellis (pangsuko shootfighting) does jitz siminars once a month, and they work on a lot of jitz as well!
