I'm officially in the market for a laptop. Looking to pick one up this weekend.
I want something new and cheap:) As far as all the local retailers, roughly what should I expect to pay? You guys know of any places I can go pick one up at a fair price? All I need it for is daily internet use and occasional word processing...that's it. Wireless internet connectivity would be a plus as well as a built in card reader.
Thanks for any info.

This is a small "netbook" laptop and it is fantastic. I love mine and so far 3 guys at work and 2 of my friends purchased one after they saw mine. The keyboard is small but really easy to type with (no type'o's). Great price at 350 there is also an all white one if you look online. The 3 cell battery lasts 2 1/2 hours and if you get the 50 dollar more expensive version you can get a 160gb hdd with a 6 cell batter that lasts over 5 hours.

Dude, that thing is pimp...exactly what I'm looking for right in the price range I roughly wanted to spend. I may cruise to Denver on Saturday to pick one up.
Thanks.
EDIT: Wal-Mart stocks them for the same price and I can get 10% off!!:)

Np but pay attention because Walmart carries alot of the $325 model which is loaded with Linux and an 8gb SSD. So make sure you are getting the 120gb model with XP

an 8gb ssd would really only be good for the paging file imo. Awesome seek time though.

Word. I picked up the 120G Windows based one last night. I wanted white so I drove to Greeley and picked one up. Paid $333 out the door!:) This thing is TINY, but I love it already.
