Hello HAI. I need some IOEM TR springs and retainers for the intake side. From what I am reading, I can use the b16 intakes I have on the exhaust side with no probs. New, used, whatever. Or intake springs that will work, doesn't have to be itr.
I also need some adjustable cam gears. I have heard bad things about aem "true slips", so I would like to stay away from those. Ebay gears need not apply.
I can trade cash or a vtec head, and whatever else is in my FS thread.
THanks!

Yo Carl! I have *brand new* complete '00 ITR valve train, all intake inner and outer springs, all exhaust inner and outer springs, all 16 retainers, and all 32 valve locks/cotters. I dont have a honda anymore so I really have no use for them... give me a call and we can arrange something 720-690-2492 Thanks:)

Good talkin to you Juan!
Yeah, I have no experience with cam gears, and I amsure a company like AEM that has sold thousands of these things and are still strong are doing well. But I have heard through mulitple boards that they are slippery.

I have the 3 bolt ones(those are the slippery ones)
If you get AEM's just make sure they are 5 bolt.
I wish I had em,but I haven't had an issue yet.
