Anyone Good at welding?

My 240 has some rust in the floor board on the passenger side of the car. Was just curious if anyone knows if it can be patched easily by using some sheet metal or if i would need to find another floor board and patch it into my car. Its rusted right around where the bolt for the seat goes into the floor board. Any ideas or advice would be nice.

Hmm, I used to have an old cj7 that had a rusted out floor board. I cut it out and riveted in a piece of sheet metal, then sealed the seams and bondo'd over it. Not sure if that will work in your situation but that's how I did it on my old jeep.

It depends on where it is, if it is structural or not. Can you post pics of the trouble spot?
