Hide The Wires????

I have a 95 Integra GSR and i wanted to make a custom wiring harness to hide my wiring does anyone have any tips on were to start? Also does it mostly go in the fenders? I think I need another harness to shorten and lengthen the wiring?

i jus pulled my engine bay plugs through the firewall, and connected the engine harness plugs behind the firewall. I didn't have to do anything to the engine harness, i just drilled a hole underneath the heater core.
