Alright so I have a few different questions that I've been wondering about so here it goes. I have a Greddy profec-B and I didn't recieve all the stock vacuum hose with it. I know it comes with a couple of larger diameter hose so I was wondering if this would throw values off on the unit itself since I'm using a little smaller than what is called for?
Next question is I'm going to be running neptune rtp and I need to know which of the gray or white wires coming out of the back of my plx unit needs to be connected to the ecu to re-create the narrow band signal or will neptune accept a wideband signal?
I used whatever hose I had lying around at the time when I used EBCs. Most of the time it was 1/4" windshield washer hose from Napa.

x2 on the windshield washer hose napa, holy coincidence. It was Consistant for you correct? I just don't want the logic the greddy holds to be thrown off by other variables.

Are you aware that neptune has progressive boost control?

Is there any kind of extra add on solenoid I have to buy like the hondata system?

What profec you running Paul? My profecB 2 never came with the inline filters or supply hose, I used Vaccum hose for that and don't have any issues.

Worked like a charm. When I was doing my recent upgrade, I used the same hose with my hallman mbc.
Good luck with the beastie. :)

Yea you have to buy the solenoid but i believe its only like 50 buck. I was gonna run it on my car if i ever boost it. I like the fact that you can run different boost levels for each gear.

Yeah I got a feeling I'm gonna love boost by gear, I think I got everything figured out though. Any one have any ideas on the wideband input into the ecu?

Thanks it's coming along nicely I'm getting ansy to get it on a dyno!

This was gonna be my sequence..
1st. 7-8psi
2nd. 11-12psi
3rd. 15-16psi
4th and 5th. 20+psi

Yeah I think I'll probably go just along those lines maybe a little higher in second and maybe third. I like the sound of some squealing ass tires.

This should help you out. The gray wire is the narrowband output, the white a wideband output.
As to whether or not your neptune accepts a wideband signal, you'd have to ask Servion.

You should be able to use that boost solenoid from the profec B w/ the ecu managed boost control, if you end up going to that.

I didn't get any of the capacitors with the unit since I got it new but not in it's original packaging, so I guess I'd have to go to radio shack to get those.
Yeah Justin that is a good idea I'll definitely have to ask servion about that also. Thanks!

Oh, the neptune should work fine with a wideband o2 sensor as well. When servion and I tuned our old cars like 6 years ago we used a wideband in place of the stock o2 sensor and it worked fine, with our Hondata's. I can't imagine neptune would not be able to do the same thing nowadays.
edit: If I remember right, we did have to make some calibrations for the o2 sensor voltage so the hondata knew what it was seeing. Anyways Jeremy can get you all squared away w/ that, enough of me trying to remember crap from ages ago heh.
