91 Integra LS won't start

So today my integra started acting up. Car goes completely dead after turning it off, but can be jumped and starts up fine. The seat belt warning box under the right kick panel is making noise also unless the key is in the on position.
Starter relay? Main relay? any ideas?

Sounds more like a voltage drop on the battery.

Do you have the Alternator belt light on? How old is the battery? Sounds like a shitty battery to me

Well I pulled the battery out and the trans\starter\battery ground location was pretty corroded. Sanded it and replaced the negative battery cable and it works now.
