Havent looked into it much yet, but im looking to keep it under or around $200 (I Only Need a new Disc)

This is just on a boosted D16 Wont be making more then 200hp

Any thoughts?

i think act just came out with a solid hub disc for hondas, looks like it can take some abuse. or try spec.

Competition Clutch here too. Got a 6 puck sprung disc this time, not too bad on the leg and not that chattery. Old clutch was 6 puck unsprung, probably over kill for your setup. Like others said just look for solid hub disc.

Haha I had a 4 puck on it.. ate it up in like 2 months...

So far Im leaning toward Competition Full face disc...

Onto the Next question;

I bought the zoom clutch kit awhile ago, its slipping now when i get into boost/ launch etc. Will the pressure plate still be ok? I should be fine going with just a new disc right? (Im also going to get a new throwout bearing [its making some weird noises])

edit: OH SHIT I can edit!!! right on!!!

Nick, buddy, take my advice... save up another $100 or 2, and go Competition Clutch stage 4, 6 puck sprung. You won't regret it. Feels STOCK and I'm running low 11's on it, d00d! It's an amazing clutch. The best I've had TO DATE! And I've had my fair share of clutches.

Yea same clutch I'm using it my current car. I wouldn't say it's like stock, but it is definitely not like an unsprung 6 puck :P

oh the money is not really a problem, I just want something thats easy to drive, but will handle the power im trying to make.. which (wont be over 200) Seems a little excessive to go with a stage 4 puck clutch... Also, I want something that will last... Im no expert on clutches, but it seemed like (since less surface area on a 4 puck?) that it wore down extremely fast on my Daily driver.

Well like I said, I'm making 500ish, and it's held up fine with lots of track launches and pre-loading (which you're slipping the clutch to accomplish), zero issues. You want to typically replace the pressure plate with a new clutch because it's got a surface just like a flywheel and it can possibly be warped already. Also keep in mind, clutches need to be broken in. 800 or so miles of easy driving. When you install it, get your flywheel resurfaced as well, and lightly grease the inside of the throw out bearing, and the points where the fork/slave cylinders all contact, and very lightly where the bearing contacts the pressure plate fingers.
