Ebay 3" exhaust??

Just wondering if people could possibly chime in and give their thoughts and opinions on the 3 inch ebay exhaust.

Especially if you have it.

Mine was fine, but fyi it flares down to a 2.25" flange at the cat-to-header side.

that shouldn;t be an issue since my header is that outlet diameter but once i go turbo i'll just cut it off and weld on a 3" piece.

how does it sound? especially on an NA car?

Not sure on N/A, but I personally thought it sounded and performed great on the Si in the week it was on before I wrecked it. Throaty, not ricey/poppy, quiet at idle and cruising, but woke the hell up when I got on it.

or you can buy my 3" straight through mandrel bent exhaust that is attached via v-band to an apexi dunk straight through canister for $150 =P

I had to trim the rear bumper to make it fit, after I did that it was fine... but again, I only had it on for one week before I wrecked the car.

and for the record we are talking about the 3" that has the N1 muffler correct

N1 STYLE muffler, yes. It exits at an angle, by the way. Or, mine did at least. The company that made mine is no longer on eBay, but I think they're all the same. E-mail them to ask if it's the angled style or not.

i bought a greddy replica one, wasnt quite as quiet at idle, nor as loud mid and high. same performance however

its ebay man that'll work beautifully exhaust is exhaust, goes in 1 end comes out another end just like food
