very horrible accident. Looks like his car ramped up once it hit the sandbox, went through the net, hit the concrete wall, then hit the crane while it was shooting up and over from the concrete wall not giving. RIP, hope he didn't feel much.

ya i was really bummed when tobi told me today....i had the pleasure of meeting him once...he was a very nice guy. its deff a sad day....:(

I personally wouldn't - it's part of the sport, part of the risk all racers take when they strap into their racecars.

They used to have a large sandtrap at the end at E-town when I was a kid, when I saw the car slam the barrier I was floored..... RIP Scott, I hope you were outside of your body and the car at the traps brother, thats all I can say...:(
