okay i have a Dc integra OBD1, and out of no where my fuse under the hood "stop/Horn" fuse keeps blowing it blows once or twice a day lol.. but i havent done anything different to my car electrical wise.. also my cig lighter i noticed is not charging my phone, so basically not getting enough voltage or something lights up my charger but doesnt charge my phone. i did hook up the ground on the cig lighter ( wasnt working because the ground wasnt hooked up) a week before i started popping the fuse. anyone have this problem before with that fuse? my horn itself was bad so i unplugged the horn thinking it was shorting it self etc.. but im still blowing the fuse any help will be appreciated thanks for reading.
