i have had good luck with dry ice screw driver and a hammer

removing sound deadner sucks!!
I've always heard dry ice works well.

I've always heard dry ice works well.
Works fine, but it just takes patience as it's time consuming. I leave the car parked outside on a hot day and scrape it off mid-afternoon with a putty knife or chisel. Sometimes if you catch a corner just right, you'll peel up a whole section.
