need an 86 honda crx expert

so i was coming home today and i found 3 Honda crx's all 5 speeds. The guys real old said they all ran and drove prefect they just wouldn't pass emissions. said he wants 350 for each one i said in the back of my mind? gotta be more wrong with it then just emissions they all have under 160 k the one i got into had no battery so i couldn't start it but would carb be the main cause of emissions they don't look to hard to work on and for 350 i would have tons of extra cash for parts. i'm just wondering if anyones really close to commerce city to help me out this is my first car. He has tons of car and going out of buisness reason his selling all he has for mad cheap he said for 1000 i could take all 3 crx's lol. But he had a 300zx that has a bad tranny. But if anyone can help me out like bring it to you run diganotics some next week let me know i would really appericate it

i didn't ask i go back tuesday to pick up the crx i could ask and send u a pm then it was an automatic

anyone know how to deal with the vaccum system here? looks like i need to redo all the tubes that and some are not on nipples. I don't know what i'm doing any one want to do this task for me?
