Since I can’t find a decent answer on the interwebs. I figured I would ask you guys. I am traveling to London next week and was wondering if I can use my cell phone over there. It’s a HTC Mogul through Sprint (I assume it’s CDMA since it does not have a SIM card). I am not real familiar with cell phones, so I am unsure if it will be compatible out there.
Thanks in advance
The best way to get your answer would be to call your carrier and ask.

Ya calling them is worthless. Called two different times and got two different answers. And that was the technical support group.

I'd just buy an unlocked GSM phone from here to use or buy a prepaid phone there.
I had a similar question as the wife and I are going to Bermuda here soon. I called Verizon customer support, asked them the question and got my answer. An under 2 minute call.
1) I will be roaming, so expect $1.29/minute charges
2) texting will still be free
Sounds like Sprint sucks.

You're calling the wrong people, Sprint was helpful in regards to my international travels. Why would Tech Support know anything about roaming internationally?
Anyways, everything you need is here: www.sprint.com/business/products/products/internationalRoamingPC.html

You will not be able to use it over there. The Mogul is a CDMA only device and therefore will not have any cellular service in London. I'd recommend what other have said and get a prepaid device when you get over there.
How long are you going to be visiting? Would you be making calls local, or back home to the states?
