I just finished talking with Judy there who is looking to put some racers at PMI. She has an exclusive track day for July 10th as long as she can get enough people down there. This is your chance to get in as much seat time as you want on a true road course. Judy will be there teaching her awesome high performance classes and safety courses. We are looking to get atleast 5 cars there- pretty easy right? 5 cars or more gets everyone a 15% discount on any driving school too!

The details:
When: July 10th
Gates Open 7:00am
Track Ready 8:00am
Must be Off the Track 4:00pm
Must Have Exited Park 5:00pm

Where: wwwDOTpueblomotorsportsparkDOTcom

What: Road racing, time trials, classes, giveaways, and more!

Cost: If you are on the "white list" for PMI then it's just your track fees of $100 for the whole day. You will need a helmet. NASA HPDE and SCCA time trials are approved safety courses for PMI. $100 track fee is the minimum requirement.

If you need a safety course or even better a high performance class see Judy's links below. You will need to register with me as a referral and once 5 cars sign up she will get in touch with each individual to give you your discount when you pay. And no I don't get $50 per car like on the site... All proceeds go to the track and the Faasst school for a no profit event.

I personally have taken Judy's course and can testify she knows what she is doing! She teaches great techniques to use on and off a road course to produce quicker times and less wear and tear on your car. Her averages include taking 8 or more seconds off of a rookie's original time and 5-8 seconds off of even a seasoned driver's time  . And even 16 year old drivers are welcome with a track exclusive day with parental consent.

I will be on site with my booth doing giveaways and to help cordinating the events. This will be a great time to get out and test your car.... since some of you have broken and repaired something already this year. If you have any questions feel free to contact Judy or myself.

I'm also working with Judy for an event that will be somewhat like the shootout at PMI soon, so keep checking back when we figure out the details. It will more than likely be on a weekend too.

You guys(gals) are too kind! If it helps, I would like to enroll in both classes as well. The only prior track experience I have is from Gran Turismo games lol. I also haven't driven my car to its limits, so I need some schooling!

I would definately recommend atleast the half day performance class then. You won't regret it. Try and pick up some no-slip gloves too because your hands will sweat :). To enroll, go on the fassst website and register for that day. Just make sure you put me as the referral- Jake Graham. Once we get a few more drivers from other boards and such, you'll get almost a $100 discount off of the class. so spread the word if you can.

FYI I'll be a site sponsor soon...

Hmm... Too bad it's Thursday. I have a race down there that weekend and am thinking about doing a test day on Friday if the track is available.

That's why we picked the day since NASA races that weekend. We figured it would be a good time to get some laps in.

this is a great opportunity to get some seat time and practice then sign up for nasa that weekend for even more instruction.

You can sign up for the safety class for now just to get some lap time in. We just need some people down there for the day!

Nice! Make sure everyone is registering at faasst.com though. Put me as a referral too. I think we have 3 signed up for lapping and 1 in class. So we need a few more so you can get the discount.

I need to know if anyone can make it down for this? My head count cutoff for the track is July 4th. We have about 5 cars lapping that day plus a few in classes. I'll be down there putting a few laps on my car as well :DD.
I will also be talking with Irene to workout a "shootout" date for likely October time frame. I still need to work out the details, but I'm planning on doing road course time trials in the morning and drag shootout in the afternoon. Heads up racing only, kind of like pinks all out.

Hopefully there will be another group track day this summer? I don't have the cash handy for this one but really want to get down there this year!

Just letting everyone know we have about 15 cars running. I guess one of Jeff Gordon's cars will be there? If anyone changes their mind, I can sneek you in if you let me know soon.
