Brake problem

Anyone have any idea why my brakes won't release? I push the pedal and it stays there with the brakes engaged. I can lift the pedal off the floor with my foot and everything is good until I have to step on the brake pedal again.

BTW, this is on a '94 Suburban.

Brake booster or Master cylinder,. Check around those pieces under the hood and under the dash for leaks.

Chances are if the master is leaking, the booster will need replacing as well. Brake fluid does a number on the internals of the booster.

Check the *entire hyd sys!(rear wheel cyl tend to leak)

I've bled the thing 4 times so far. I'm thinking that it's actually the master cylinder since everything else checked out ok and I replaced the brake lines.
