I went to go eat and when i came out i noticed coolant under my car, i couldnt tell if it was me so i drove the 1/2 mile home so i could see if would start leaking...Well, it did.
The coolant was dripping around the T-belt cover, and off the oil filter. I dont think there is any thing else to leak from around that area.
My car has 56k miles on it so its about time for everything to be changed. Anyone have any other ideas of what could be leaking?
Tomarrow im gonna pull the wheel and wheel well cover off and see if i can find out exactly where its coming from.

Damn Dallas, I was just talking to the guy that sold it to you. I was telling him how much you like the car and how it's modded now. Sorry to hear about the leak man.

Its cool, it was just its time. I really love the car, but just like all DSMs it has its little quirks.

By now you've probably completed the project, bet yes it is a great time to replace all those little things bunched up over on that side of the motor (belts, pullies, and tensioner).
BTW, the GVR4 was experiencing the exact scenario you describe and the water pump was the culprit, FWIW.

Yeah, I finished all this stuff about 2 weeks ago. It took me almost 5 hours to do!!! My 1g took me less than 3 hours, but the 2g is really cramped.
I changed:
- Water pump
- T-Belt
- Balance Belt
- Auto Tensioner
- T-Belt Tensioner Pulley
- Balance Belt Tensioner Pulley
- Idler Pulley
- Auto Tensioner
It all cost $311 shipped from Conicelli. Those guys there rock for DSM parts prices. I think the water pump was like $80 from them. They sell everything at wholesell to ClubDSM members.
But now everything runs good, and no leaks at all. I got my Alpine CDA 7893 and Infinity Reference 6 1/2" fronts and 6x9" rears all installed this week. Now im just waiting for my exhaust to come in...Suppose to be here this week.

Pretty close anyways, I'll second that remark about Conicelli.

Great prices, great service and fast shipping too. They have the best price for the MMHG too.
