Who can make Custom Plastics?

I just installed 3 Gauges in a DIN Slot above my Radio, the problem is the Dash kit for my car will not accept the gauges and they do not fit correctly. Here are some pictures to help clarify what I am speaking about. I have the dash kit and if I could even find someone that can cut plastic cleanly they might be able to make it work. Here are the pictures.

dremel is your friend.

yup dremel or a die grinder. I don't think I could hold that piece good enough to mill it.
