I am doing HRAP(hometown recruiting) and I wanted to know if you anyone one has been thinking of joining the Army. I am at the Tivoli for the next 2 weeks and you can drop by and make fun of me if you want or just what not, just say Pringle sent you. But for the people that are want to join, the Army is offering a lot of things right now. 20k+ quick ship, if you leave in a month of signing on. Split opp, where you do training over 2 summers. The GI bill, and the GI bill+ thing where you ger close to 70k for school instead of the 40k. There is also the fact you get to chose your job. I chose my job and I got it. The Army keeps there word, the other branches can not even come close. If you do not want to see combat chose a soft MOS. Some cool jobs I saw while I was a Ft. Sam. was 68K, Lab tech, you get an Assosates degree and when you leave the Army you get 100k jobs a year knocking at you door. It is hard to beat the Army training and the Army needs you, so you can chose everything you want and the Army stands by there contracts! They also have moral wavers if you have less then a clear recored. Also if you are married you get paid lost more, some of the kids in basic got 2300 a month after taxes for a E-1, The more kids you have the more you make. Also have you ever seen a poor soilder. Get the stuff you want and get paid a lot to do it.

You too can be made into a machine, shipped off into the desert, and killed in a pointless battle to control oil fields, but act now, the spots are filling up fast!!!!

On the realz... I am interested.. I want guaranteed flight school though.. That is posible. If you got the scores, we can get you that job. The MOS is 15, You fly UH-60 and other birds. One girl that went through here is going to be a crew cheif of a UH-60. So if you want send me a message. If you pass the physical and the board and got the scores. You can do all of this before you join so you can make sure that you can get you job or not do anything.

that means you will end up getting married to a Korean chic. Been to Korea and seen it over and over again. Nothing wrong with marrying a Korean chic just letting you know what you might be getting into.

I see basic spelling and comprehension of the US language is not a requirement for the Army.
Glad your enjoying the Army Tonny.

usmc.... army is a second choice for me. Those who are not willing to die to protect our nation (however retarded the situation) can not complain about world we live in. Good luck with the recruits-
