where buy computer for cheap?

anybody know where I can get a good used computer for cheap. I dont need blazing fast speed, just something decent. Mainly need it for word processing/quicken/excel. thanks.

or you can always build one up from pieces at pricewatch.com or get a barebones system. You can build a pretty blazing system for a couple hundred.

i'd have to agree with the building one idea. I just but togeather a tower for my neighbor. It was just under $700 for a pretty kick ass system. If you wanted something for gaming upgrading the vid card and some extra ram would put it towards $1000. www.sharkyextreme.com is a good site for part lists.
