If I use my Sirius with my car Stereo on the FM Stations, I always get Static, Even if it sounds alot better there is always Static. I have a AUX RC Cable that plugs directly to the Sirius and when I do that it Whines with the Engine. The higher the RPM the louder the Whine. Could it be a shitty Deck or bad Grounds. It is a Panasonic which is a couple years old.
Any ideas to Fix either part? I's rather it wired in to the RC's but whatever works:mad:

move the RCA cables away from anything else that's powered. If the noise is still there, it may be ground loop noise caused by poor grounding.

The RCAs are behind the center console of the dash on my EF. Where'd you suggest, I only have so far to move them around.

Sheilded cables are a must as well. Its picking up RF noise from the alt.

Just tried that it did get a little better but not what I need. The Sirius unit has its RC cable that goes from L and R to 1 Prong into the side of it. I don't think I have many options with that cable seeming how its there own Part. That was the thing that pissed me off most with Amps and shit. I want Clarity!
lol Ill check the ground on the deck tomorrow.
Thanks for all the input though:-)

Might just bitch to Sirius AGAIN! My old one that was stolen was a higher dollar model but no static. Now theres a class action law suit against my old one which I can settel and recieve a newer upgrade Free.
