All black c6 Z06...

I was out putting some e85 in the tank before hitting the highway trying to get my car tuned out a little better with Link. I had just found and fixed a large boost leak and needed to log a few pulls to see where she was at. I had been playing with the lap top and did a quick tire spinning burst from at 65 mph to put some heat in the drag radials.

The Z06 happened to be behind me and decided my car sounded like fun. He pulled up quickly and started to pace me. I gave him a 1 sec signal while I finished adding some fuel up top. Once finished I down shifted to 3rd, he was ready so I gave the signal. He got a minor jump but it only lasted for a brief moment. I put a good car on him bouncing off the rev limiter through 3rd, by the top of 4th it was a good 5 car lengths.

We did two more pulls with me pulling harder after the DR's started to warm up. He was laughing and nodding his head after the third pull and gave me a big thumbs up. I had missed my exit while having fun so I signaled and exited at the next ramp, he followed me. At the top of the ramp he flashed me so I pulled over. He asked if I'd let him take a look at my car, said it sounded sick for a 4 banger. We talked for a few minutes and I offered him a straight across trade, which he kindly declined. LOL.

I'm pumped for the racing season to start now. Oh, and I've also killed a LS2 GTO , turbo S2K and 550 whp DSM that happened upon me.

I know, I know:) I was just insinuating that if he beat a C6 Z05 by 5 car lengths in a rolling race between 3rd and 4th gear then I would guess he would have to be in the 11's.

He trapped 128 yesterday on dr's. With slicks he would hand just about anyone their ass since he would have more traction in every gear.

Haha, sweet! At least the dude was cool about it. Ive beaten a couple guys that got all kinds of pissed off, flippin me the bird before frantically turning off at the nearest exit...kinda funny actually.

thats sick man, i have a fully built 4g63 that i was kinda thinkin i wanna put in a colt but i wanna take a brake from my dsm for a little cause well... IT breaks haha but good times especially for stock internals!

my dad and his freinds are always givin me and my freinds shit cause they are faster than us, you should go out with them sometime and show a couple of them whats up... only problem is that they like goin from digs haha

I had to turn the boost down from 30 - 24 psi just to get half ass traction at PMP on little 205/55-14 DR's. I get better traction on the highway then I do at PMP.;NutKick;

I'll be at Bandimere on the 27th.

I'm really not much for exaggeration. I can see why everyone doubts my car, then they see what it does.

It doesn't take a lot to move a 2100#/w driver car...and I'm making in the 350+ whp range, uncorrected. How much uncorrected wheel horsepower is a stock z06 making at 6,300 ft where we were at? What does it weigh at the time he raced me? My guess puts him over 3400#'s with maybe a little more power.

This car traps 125+ on lower boost, I was logging tire spin till 90-94 mph...same as my 1/8th traps LOL. Anyone at Pueblo on the 29th can varify the top end this car has.
