Makes the same power so why not? And it would be less work to convert it to OBD1 than to replace a ring and clutch.

incorrect obd 0 were 160hp and obd1/2 were 170hp

Do you have the compression numbers for the motor? How many miles? Ever been boosted? Thanks man.

no compression numbers. it was burning oil n the number four cylinder though from looking at the plug. the engine was a friends. around 150k on the engine. it was bone stock.

Your right about the jdm obd1 b16a being 170hp, but go ahead and look up the specs on the a2 and tell me that i'm incorrect again.
