Its a pretty long read, but the basic jist of it is a guy got an E90 M3 for a price of 60K. After the auction ended he got a call from the dealership saying there was a mistake and they wouldn't sell the car.

The OP is trying to get as much press as possible and is considering legal action.

Ive heard bad stories about that BMW dealer in Lincoln before. I didnt read all those pages, but hopefully that guy rakes them over the coals and gets his car.

Yeah, that's retarded. If he accidentally bid $600,000 I'm pretty sure they'd be up his ass for that money.

Ebay really did use to be a good site now its people trying to make a quick buck or its just retards over bidding or its just full of crap. Plus their is next to no seller protection...

I would personally never buy from that dealership just seeing the shady business they just did. Of course they are going to right this transaction, but man it sucks for all the future ones they'll be losing because of this publicity.

They've been a shady dealership for years. Did you see all the complaints to the BBB that there was a link to.
