My fuckup of the day v.snowmachines

Long story short...I was hauling ass up the side of a mountain, went over the crest of a hill that I'd been over 20 times, or more, today alone and thought the HUGE fucking hole was a few more feet over then it actually was and I plowed into it doing about 50-55mph, racked myself over the handlebars into the wall of snow, buried the sled a few feet into the side of the mountain and fell over backwards from the pain, it hurt. Anyways, 2.5 hours later we dig it out of this 14-15ft deep hole and I continue on my way. By far the worst wreck, one of the very few, I've ever been in.

Then about 30 minutes later one of my buddies finds another hole...another couple feet deep and 45 minutes of digging...

And then to top the day off, on our way back to town, my buddies lugnuts came loose on his trailer, glad my sled was on my trailer, and his tire decided to part ways, lol.

I grew up on snowmobiles in northern Minnesota. Man I miss them... Looks like a lotta fun, Ryanman. Did you get hurt getting tossed off the machine @ 50+ mph, as in still hurting?

Yeah, my stomache area is still very sore and my left side up to the bottom of my rib cage and around to my back is really sore and I've had some pretty bad migraines today, it sucks. Only thing that happened to the sled was that I bent the right side trailing arm, kinda wierd seeing as most of the machine was hit on the left, it had to have just been a weak spot, I dunno. You can see it in the first pic right in the middle of the arm, otherwise everything came out ok. I haven't had a bad wreck like this on any kind of machine in a very long time, like since 2000. Oh well, i'll be back up on the mountains this weekend. :)
