If I'm at home I have the advantage of knowing everything within my reach can quickly become a weapon given enough inertia and proper aim. Lol @ the the person who depends on the cops for thier protection. There is no money to be made by that agency, so why would the cops care? If it were a speeding incident, the cops would be there asap.
