So starting April 1st, I am going on a 4 months hardcore lean workout program. Where I am going to try to get as lean as possible. The workout will end at the end of july. I hope that I can try to get somewhat of a 6pack. We'll see what happens.

I will take body pictures tomorrow to post the beginning point then each month take a picture to show the progress. Since we got a fitness thread (thank you brian) I feel more than obligated to do this. To show people.....anyone can be successful. Wish me luck!


P.S. Will post before picture and weight. Each month will post a picture of progress and weight until August 1st. If anyone else wants to join in as well, your more than welcome to.

I'm interested in exactly what you plan is - mondo cardio, mondo protein and no carbs?

Cutting carbs is dumb. Your body uses them for fuel. Cut fat. Eat normal but cleaner. You need to regulate your body anyways so eat what you're going to continue to eat and every now and then maybe add a boost...

Good Luck man. Whats the workout plan? Circuit training, High rep low weight? Also whats the actual dietary plan?

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Tricep
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Bicep
Friday -Shoulder and Trap
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Off

I'm doing a 4 set 6 rep workouts with high intensity weight. All free weight. I'll post later of what workouts I do for each day.

8am, 4 egg whites and 1/2 lb of turkey
11am, protein shake
2pm, turkey sandwich (plain) with salad (no dressing)
5pm, protein shake
8pm, salmon steak or chicken breast with steamed mixed veggies.

I am doing a low calories, high protein diet.
