View Full Version : Now Hiring..............
A Field Service Technician.
I need to hire someone who has previous field service experience or someone who wants to learn the repairing of exercise equipment. The company I work for keeps growing and I need to add another to my staff. This would entail servicing and repairing of anything you can exercise on mainly in a home setting. I have others that concentrate solely on the commercial clients we have and this position will grow into that.
Pay is good. You will get a company vehicle and other then dealing with the occasional asshole it's quite fun. I would prefer someone who has a good foundation for mechanical aptitude and some electrical troubleshooting experience. You also would need some sort of experience in a customer service type setting.
If you or someone you know is interested let me know or better yet send me your resume. I will tell you a lot more about it then. PM me for my e-mail address.

Good deal! I work for a drive around repair company ( I think you worked for them at one point Mudd), and I absolutely love the freedom and being your own boss in a way. PLus its always a different problem and setting. Just trying to help lol
Brian, where is it at about? Can you PM me pay details? I may be interested, actually.

You guys offer health insurance and/or other benefits mudd? May be interested as well..what are the hours like normally?
I've got great customer service skills with basic electric/mechanical aptitude. I currently live in Lakewood. Up north is not a big deal for me. Brian would you mind sending me a PM with an idea about pay? I need to look for new jobs, but I've got to make smart moves since I've got a family now. :)

I never worked there. I have been in the fitness business my whole life.

No thanks. I need someone who works, not sits on HAI all day. I will guarantee you that you will have no time to sit and surf the net with this job.

Hours are Monday through Friday, usually like an 8-5 sort of hours. There are some times where we work later or earlier. I am really quite open to this and if someone wanted different hours thats cool. Just as long as the work gets done I am cool. Job is based in Denver, our warehouse is near Mile Hi Stadium. You will be traveling all over the metro area, the Springs, Winter Park, Summit County, Pueblo as well.
We do offer health insurance. For a family I will be honest and say it is damn expensive, too expensive, but for a single person it is pricey and not the best, but it is better then nothing at all. It's a small business not some corporate goliath who has all these great benefits. There is paid sick leave and vacation you start accruing immediately, employee retirement program (i.e. Simple IRA) and equipment at cost.
For specifics on pay, I would rather not get into until I have settled on who I want. Initially I will be honest and say it will be low, i.e. 30-35K/yr. Long term once you know the business and get established you can make 40-50K/yr and may go up from there for someone who is good and likes to produce numbers. This is a salary and commission arrangement with the emphasis on base salary.
Let me know anything else you want to know.

Oh, so because my CURRENT job allows me to, it apparently means I have no work ethic even though I've been there for three years, never had a single complaint about me, and always have my work completed ahead of schedule? Yeah, alright. Fuck you, Brian. I don't want your shitty job. I already make that anyways (what you said they can make after commission) just "sitting on HAI all day", so nevermind.
Oh, and my full benefits are pretty awesome. :fu:

If all that is true, then why were you trying to cross a bridge that you had burned to get a job with Mudd?

Ditto, sorry about that message... I was hungover/pissy and didn't appreciate the insult very much.
