what the best head gasket to lower the compression. i was looking at the 3mm comitics(sp) on ebay and how much would that lower the compression?

That link says 8.6:1, dunno about the accuracy of such things. That's with 3mm's equaling ~ .118 inches. If you play around with that calculator be sure to change the piston option, I assumed you were running the stock JDM b16b pistons but, it chooses b16a by default.

sweet man. thats seems pretty low. stock is 10.8 thats a huge drop

that is a huge drop! seen guys on honda-tech do some pretty cool setups with those b16b's some even used oem, crazy numbers though!!
