After 3 weeks of lifting and cardio, I have gone down from 176 lbs. to 169.2 as of tonight. I've lost at least 1 size in my belt buckle, and gradually going to further. It feels great! I'm happy to say I will have to buy new jeans soon! I'll post up progress report pics once I have a little bit better results physically to show for my hard work, but woot woot. :)

Anyone else have success stories to tell? Progress/before/after pics? I know Kim and Dave do... post 'em up, ladies!

I would like to get to 160-165 before I start building muscle mass back up. I think it's a very doable goal.

Damn Im at least a 100 pounds more than you, small fry. Just kidding.

Seriously though, Good job on the progress. Any chance that you have hit a body fat scale? I'm sure you would notice more progress that way. Good job! Seeing progress in your self is the best motivation in my opinion. Keep up the good work, your already past the hardest step(the first one!)

I haven't gotten a body fat scale yet, no... but I've been meaning to. I'll probably do that Monday since I won't have time tonight and tomorrow is my resting day.

166 as of tonight. Holla. I was talking to Mario earlier and he made a good point, I've probably lost quite a bit more considering I've been building a lot of muscle, too... so I wouldn't be surprised if that's true since I've gained quite a bit of muscle in my arms/chest/neck area. Kick ass.

I haven't weighted myself in awhile and I did recently. 192lbs came up. At first I was like WTF? But then realized I did gain a ton of muscle mass. I am bigger but more cut than I was before. I still would like to drop to 160 though. :(

Right on man, good luck! The part I'm happiest about is I'm doing this without HydroxyCut or any weight loss supplement... so that's pretty exciting to me to see results like this.

I hate that shit and how it makes me feel.

On another note i went from 226 to 194 in about 90 days. I am still right around there but need to put on muscle mass and loose some fat. Holidays are tough (i fell off my diet around thanksgiving) But I hoping to hit the gym here soon. Just a matter of having the funds.

 So today I started cutting my calories. Went from 192lbs to 184.5lbs in 2 days. Most of it was water/crap. Running is alot harder without food in your stomach.

You know they allow all crestwood inn residents free admission to the point? since the point is across the street from my work, I made it a point to save a room key from there. Since the room key gets you free admission.

Sweet! Have fun! the rest of us have to pay 39 pr month. Doesnt it get old having to sign in all the time?

39 a month is outrageous

I dont go to the point, I have the card Just in case. I invested money in buying my own equipment for home though because I hate gyms with a passion. I used to only go there for their assisted pullup machine, because lats are a bitch to work. There is no way in hell I would pay more than 20 bucks a month for a membership anyways.
