Alright, bought my flywheel and clutch from ExtremePSI.com. Ordered a Fidanza, read some bad reviews, so they agreed to let me ship it back and swap it for the ACT and pay the difference. I did that. Shipped back the Fidanza extremely well padded. Top, bottom, all 4 sides. It was protected very well. They sent the ACT back in the same box with same padding, which was fine with me, I don't care, BUT!!!!! They didn't even fucking bother to pad the top of the box. They put both foam inserts I provided on the bottom. WTF?! So, the flywheel was flying around in the box, and the dowel pins chewed up the ACT box. I'm sure the flywheel is fine, but come on! Is it that hard/obvious to pad such a heavy and expensive item?

Their customer service was good, but this had me pretty upset considering I took the time to ship back the Fidanza with proper protection. Assholes. I wrote the guy that was helping me about it, too. I hope he refunds my shipping.

Really?? Wow man, that seems odd. Ive used Extreme PSI for over 90% of my parts this time around on the rebuild of my Talon, and have been more than impressed with the products, pricing, shipping speed, parts quality and condition.

Sucks to hear man, Im sure they'll work with you though. Their customer service is very good. Keep me posted!

Thanks for letting us know, and please update. I don't want those assholes touching my parts if they are negligent.

They declined refunding my shipping. Gay. Oh well, they lost a customer. No worries.

Sucks to hear how stupid some people can be. At least your flywheel is ok. I think you'll be happier with the ACT as compared to the Fidanza. Ive had both, and prefer my ACT alot more.

Word up. I was a little worried about revs dropping too quickly with that Fidanza being only 8 lbs. versus my ACT at 12. Plus with it being aluminum and all, yikes.

Bah, yeah. Oh well, just glad I can let others know about it. I mean, I know they're normally a good company but oh well.

My 7lb i had in my B16 did drop really fast, but what i hated the most about it was the chatter it always had. The ACT has so much more of a stock feel to it, and never chatters.

Got my shipment in on monday, it was ordered on wednesday. Showed up packaged properly as always. Im still going to use em!

I do agree with everyone on the flywheel deal though. I wouldnt trade my ACT racelight for a fidanza, no way!

Im not taking sides, just playing devil's advocate. If the flywheel was damaged, you should not have accepted it from the shipper. That is why the company probably did not eat the shipping. Our policy is the same on our parts when damaged. But I normally take extra care in packaging stuff.

Two issues. 1, I couldn't deny shipment. The FedEx guy just dropped it off... it was on the doorstep when I got home. 2, the flywheel was undamaged. It's not so much the condition that is the issue, it's the principle that they were too lazy to take the extra two seconds and put the foam in properly.

Fedex, dont get me started on them. I will gladly pay an extra amount to not have these jack asses deliver to me. They leave stuff in my yard when my dogs are out, and they thrash the package, and whatever is in there. Or, they leave packages at my back door in the winter, and i never go out that door. Luckily my clutch that was in the snow was ok. The least they could do is leave me a damn not saying they put the package in my garage, or back door so im not thinking i didnt get it.

Word. The only good thing about them was that they were quick. I usually ship with USPS since they are *THEE* courier service... the OG's. You can do signature required for about $1 extra, and it's completely worth it in some cases.

:werd:
Those bastids only dropped off my package (which required signature) between 9-5. Which so happens to be the time I am at work. So I kept missing the package. I had to drive out to 88th and I76 because there was really no other way to get it.
