b18c1 wont start

just dropped in a b18c1 from a 94 into my 97 civic have obd1 ecu jumper and everthing but it started for a lil while now it just turns and somtimes it will stay on but it has a relay next to the glovew box that keeps clickin and the check engine light dims and evertime it cranks severl times

That relay next to the glove box is the fuel pump main relay. Personally, I would go back over the connectors on everything you touched and double check them, especially, and I repeat, ESPECIALLY the ground straps and ground at the thermostat housing. Every sensor, relay and ECU all ground at the thermostat housing. Most people do not give this ground much thought, but it is the most important one for the fuel injection to work.

Agreed with Ghandi. They (grounds) can cause a no start, stuttering, dying, etc...gets a lil annoying. Definately check em out.
