need a machine shop to shave pulley

I am looking for a shop that could be able to shave the power steering part of the pulley off so I could run my h2b kit

u know on the h22 pulley it has two section on for the ac and alternator belt and the other is for the power steering I need to eliminate the power steering part so the pulley itself its not so thick
