Can the afc Neo do the same work as both avcr and safc? if it does, is it better to just by the neo rather than the safc and avcr seperately?

NO clue but for a little more you can get a hondata S100 s/boost. SAFC & Neo are piggy-back shitty. If you want that motor to last you need it to be Tune good on a good EMS. Going cheap on an EMS is not the best thing if you gonna spend thousand of $ on your motor.

I tuned both my DSMs and my supra with an AFC/VPC combo. It worked well for me. :)

neo cannot do boost control, so "no" on controlling both.
