How do you save the whole page offline?

Open it in Internet Explorer and go to File - Save. There should be an option that allows you to save the complete page and all the images. If you save it as website.html, it'll create a folder called website_files and put all the images in there.

Edit: I don't know how well that'll work with this site, since it's just a little bit of JavaScript in a loop. So, you might have to generate a plain HTML page from the JavaScript, then open that and do File - Save.
