what is the difference betweent he b18b cam shafts and the b20. would it make a difference if put in a b18a/b engine or will it be the same.

They're the same. The entire head of the B20B/Z and the B18B is the same, except for the intake manifold.

Si senor, they are indeed the same. Earlier B18As (90-91) are rated at 130hp, while the 92-93 B18A and 94-01 B18B are rated at 140hp, so not too much difference to warrant using one or the other
