i have a set of Mugen cf38's
i see on Ebay that rota has a similar wheels called the beat

has anyone seen this wheel in real life? if so how duz it compare to the real mugens? i only have 2 mugens with slicks but would like to get a set of the rotas for daily driving.
and duz anyone know of available sizing/colors, etc...?

yeah, i cheked rotas site, but they are not listed on there...

haha i picked up my wheels from Jason w/ the turbo 4door!
i love the wheels, but cant find anything to match them haha
would like to get a full set, either real mugen, or rota, so everything "kinda" matches up when im at the track!

if u come across either wheels, plz let me know
either need 2 white 13's or a full set of 15's.

If Rota doesn't have the wheel on their site, the ad on ebay is probably a fake.

My friend has three rota's becuase he blew out one of them and decided to drive home on it. he's running blades in the front and the two rotas on the back. He might be interested in a trade or sell them to you. They are the "Rota Sub Zero's" I believe

I love the Subzero's!!! Those are the one's my friend has on his civic. I think the Mugen wheels are ugly as shit though. They look like some cheap as plasticy knock off wheel, but that's just my opinion.

haha yeah i know, everyone thinks im crazy for liking these wheels. but u gotta remember, ive been bulding hondas since the early 90's, and these were bad ass back then. and since they r going on an EF, it only seems fitting.
my other wheels of choice r Konig Tuners(black with blu or red lip), sparco pythons(any color), or div. 3's.

lmk on the subzeros, i could use them on another hatch i have

Maybe they're trying to make them rare like the real CF's :P . I dunno though, maybe they're discontinued?

Everyone has the subzeroes.... Especially on their Honda. Get the 48 copy... those are a classic design..

Subzero's aren't that popular. I see a lot of hondas and the sub's aren't very common. I see the spoon knock off's more than the sub's

^ my friend actually has the real spoon rims. The rota slipstreams are dope though, but played out.

word! i had the subzero's before and liked them alot. wouldnt mind another set. slipstreams are ok. but i got mad love for the mugens! :)

really the only other wheels i would go with are si's or rota circuits.
besides the mugens, im a pretty plain wheel type of guy haha.

I see slipstreams all the time, see the circuits every now an then, but seams like everyone gets the slipstreams. Guess everyone likes the Regamaster / Spoon look, RDM FTW.

yeah that was cool, like 6 years ago haha...
but quite played out now...i wish i still had my chrome 15" works that i picked up from Yi at racing trenz in like 10 years ago! haha
hella jdm and ive never seen another set after that!

they were a 3 peice chrome wheel that looked kinda like the slipstreams. but with a 3peice center cap thing...kinda crazy. and once again, at the time, i was the only one who thought they were cool haha
